Policy
I write and comment on investment security policy strategy, design, and implementation. I am active in policy circles related to outbound investment controls, inward investment screening (especially CFIUS), export control policy, and economic security. I am a non-resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Geoeocnomic Center, a Council on Foreign Relations Term Member, and a Senior Advisory Fellow at CELIS.
